CEO: Tavish MaGouirk:

Graduate of Scotlands University of Stirling, Tavish has lived in both Austin, TX., and the UK. An avid fisherman his experiences in international supply chain and business development combined with his leadership positions in IT combined to create a diverse skill set. Having learned about life the hard way early on in the Scots Guards, he set out to create a new dynamic to create a company that would differentiate itself among other consulting firms while also taking on social issues and reach out to those most vulnerable with a hand up. With tenures in the UK and in Austin as a CTO, COO and now a CEO and involved in a variety of other philanthropy, his focus is on you, our client. Reducing costs and delivering quality is absolutely what is missing in todays consulting environment, we correct that simple issue and work to absolutely ensure long term relationships are maintained through that work through his guidance. 

Founder: John Holtke

John began his career in Kansas City at Helzberg Diamonds corporate office. Recruited to Austin to help start up Samuels Jewelers, his logistics and supply chain expertise came into full bloom in parallel with his service in the Marine Corps Reserve & Texas National Guard. Graduating Advanced Electronics Schools in California combined with his education at University of Kansas lent to skill sets that would eventually merge in supply chain and information technology as well as advanced logistics. His leap to high science laboratory SCM management creating supply chains from scratch landed him serving healthcare, defense manufacturing, energy/nuclear, electronic manufacturing and food and beverage clients. Starting in 2006 with a chemical waste diversion company, it soon took the turn back to supply chain, reverse supply chain and ERP/CRM implentation work. His passion for helping others lent well to the formation of 15Redd and incorporation formally. Maintaining ownership, this balance of leadership provides for the best service to our community and to our clients. John is a Desert Shield/Storm Veteran and enjoys boating, fishing and traveling. He is the creator of our 501(c) that teaches victims and other underserved persons to be project managers to empower and self sustain long term.
