The Team
Tavish MaGouirk: Began his career in Accounting & Finance working upward to a CFO in Ireland & Canada then moving to Texas in 2008, joining 15Red later that year. Educated in the UK & gaining his Masters at UT Austin, his focus has always been on working with a social conscious & spending a portion of profit on the community. He enjoys fly fishing, ancient musical instruments & applying tech to client challenges while working with the people he so enjoys.
John Holtke: Began his career in the warehouse while attending University of Kansas in Lawrence. A Marine Corps Reservist in parallel to work & school he proved himself in Retail Jewelry & moving to Austin to build Samuels Jewelers supply chain operations. Migrating to healthcare laboratory sciences he again built a supply chain organization before applying his knowledge to Department of Defense manufacturers buying & qualifiying chemicals globally for FAA, Defense, Nuclear & FDA regulated companies. He started a waste diversion company brokering chemicals with life left to lower specification companies saving waste & lowering costs to buying clients. His business engineering & leaning practices have re-engineered enterprises. He loves Football, Futball that he played as well as jazz trained saxophonist. His desire to put others first is what sets him apart & with Tavish support shelters for battered women in rural OK, KS & TX. John is a Desert Shield & Storm Veteran.

We launched 15Red, PLLC to be able to donate to others while providing exceptional services companies in need actually deserve without the predatory pricing.
There is an abundance of opportunity & a company shouldn't have to decide between hiring professional services & if they can give raises to their employees that year.
